Refund policy

At  Gaurav Pharmacy, we aim to provide high-quality medical products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is not from the non-returnable categories (listed below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used medical supplies

  • Personal care or wellness products

  • Temperature-sensitive items

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Refunds will be processed in 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund is applicable only when:

  • The product is returned in original condition

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

4. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the product

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
