Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier rates.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or above a certain order value.

5. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery if:

The customer is unavailable to receive the package

Courier attempts delivery but no one receives it
In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
